What is the 12-digit UPI UTR and why is it needed?
The Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) is a 12-digit numerical identifier issued by NPCI / your bank (e.g. 628819204910) when you send money via BHIM UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm. Our banking rails verify this UTR directly against bank settlement logs to instantly capture payment and unlock your document without intermediate gateway delays.
